Find help with city tariffs, GPS tracking, approximate prices, local trip records, and app permissions.
Estimate
Compare the configured currency, base and minimum fare, included distance, per-kilometre price, waiting rate, zone, and time period with the official local tariff. Taxometer cannot automatically know every city rule or supplement.
Enable precise foreground and background location access, keep location services on, and check the system's battery restrictions. You can also use a fixed-price record without GPS metering.
Important
Taxometer is intended to help independently estimate and compare a ride price. It is not a certified taximeter or fiscal system and is not intended for commercial fare calculation.
Traffic, route choice, waiting time, supplements, official local rules, GPS accuracy, and your tariff settings may change the final amount. An estimate alone does not prove overcharging.
Contact
Include iPhone or Android, device model, operating system, Taxometer version, selected language, and a short description of what you expected and what happened.
Do not send full routes, licence numbers, tax identifiers, vehicle VINs, or other sensitive data. If a screenshot is needed, hide personal information first. Replies usually arrive within two business days.
Email the developer for technical help, privacy questions, or feedback about a local tariff. Support cannot determine the legally correct fare or resolve a dispute with a taxi operator.
