Use even lighting, avoid glare, and keep the whole code in frame. If the value is readable, try OCR from a photo.

Check WareCode permissions in your device settings.

Android

Your Google email must first be added to the tester list. After confirmation, open the test link with the same account and install the app.

Include the platform, device model, operating system, and a short description of the expected and actual result.

Version

Current features: mobile scanner, on-device OCR, QR and barcodes, saved codes, and custom patterns.

I usually reply within two business days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.

Do not send confidential data. Attach screenshots or examples only when needed.
